RED GLOBAL - SAP BUSINESS ANALYST - BELGIUM- APRIL 2024- PERM

RED, on behalf of a Key Client Partner, is currently searching for SAP Business Analyst. As part of a team of consultants, you will guide your customer in implementing, testing, and delivering the solution. You will hold responsibility for translating the business challenges of Client Partner's customers into IT requirements based on SAP's latest technologies.

.Role: SAP Business Analyst (Finance, Procurement)
.Start: April/May 2024
.Duration: Permanent role
.Location: Hybrid, 1 or 2 days onsite per week, Zaventem, Brussels
.Capacity: 5 days a week
.Languages: Dutch/French

Knowledge & experience

• Master's degree
• +2 years of experience in project implementations of the SAP solutions
• SAP training's or certifications are an asset.
• Experience in interpreting and understanding local labour laws in Belgium.
• Team player with strong communication skills and with a collaborative spirit

Key tasks & activities

• Work on functional changes (incl. projects), estimates, functional analysis. Delivering quality on-time
• Participate support & project activities.
• Guide customers in their transition into a new HR solution.
• Analyse how the changes in the tool will need to be done and how the customer from a practical point of view should be organising.
• Optimise their HR processes using the new product.
• Depending on your skills, expertise and preferences, you will have the opportunity to participate in every phase and every task of an end-to-end implementation.
• Provide solutions, promote usage of standard SAP in relation to business needs, logic and processes.
