Ihre Aufgaben
- Betrieb der TADDM Umgebungen (Integrations- und Produktivumgebung)
- Betrieb des ICD ITIC TADDM Adapters (Integrations- und Produktivumgebung)Koordination und Dokumentation aller TADDM Aktivitäten
- regelmäßiges Discovery der Zielsysteme und Zielanwendungen in vier Umgebungen (Entwicklung, Test, Integration und Produktion)
- regelmäßiges Löschen von nicht mehr erkannten (abgebauten) Configuration Items
- regelmäßiges Laden der CI-Daten aus TADDM in ICD (citypeMapping, actualciMapping)
- Fehlersuche und -behebung bei fehlerhaften Discoveries und ITIC Ladeläufen
- Erweiterung von Discovery ScopeSets und Scopes inkl. Beantragung von notwendigen Firewall-Regeln
- Erweiterung und evtl. Erstellung von Computer System Templates und Custom Server Templates für das Discovery von zusätzlichen CIs und Attributen
- Case Management bei Produktfehlern
- Installation von Fix Packs, Emergency Fixes und Security Fixes
