Overview: emagine is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join our team, focusing on large-scale IT transformation projects, particularly ERP implementations. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in challenging business owners, influencing change early, and driving successful project delivery. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to lead and deliver with confidence.

Your profile:

  • Proven track record as a Business Analyst in successful delivery of large-scale IT transformation projects, ideally ERP implementations.

  • Strong ability to capture, document, and agree on processes and requirements, with experience in designing solutions and identifying build activities.

  • Excellent organizational skills with a proactive and detail-oriented nature, capable of foreseeing risks and addressing them effectively.

  • Ability to challenge stakeholders and drive change early in the project lifecycle.

  • Strong presentation skills, both verbally and in writing, to effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.

  • Experience working in a non-projectized environment or with blue-collar/public service stakeholders is preferred.

  • Willingness to travel to Maidenhead at least 2 days a week for on-site collaboration
