This is an exciting opportunity to join the Technical Projects Department based in our London Head office. You will take ownership of the testing strategy and outcomes for the implementation of a new HR system, which includes numerous integrations with 3rd party software vendors.

An experienced testing background, and strong communication skills are key, to ensure the quality and integrity of the product meets our expectations.

Responsibilities
. Determining and understanding the scope of testing
. Tracking, reviewing, and reporting on test progress
. Implementing test plans and test cases
. Highlighting and feedback of impediments
. Communicating across multiple teams, internal and external
. Managing stakeholders at multiple levels across the business
. Ensuring that testing is completed in the allotted timeframe
. Ensuring that the quality of the product meets expectations
. Implementing a test solution which is sustainable long term
. Monitoring automation and tooling
. Assist in CI/CD implementations

Professional experience and personal skills profile specific to this role
. 5+ years in QA
. 3+ years in leadership/management
. End to end testing experience
. Ability to multitask, and proactive in project planning and require-ments gathering
. Strong communication skills, verbal and written
. Experience in web application testing
. Coding knowledge/experience (in one or more areas; Java/C#/Py-thon/JavaScript/GoLang)
. Experience with automation frameworks (in one or more areas; Play-wright/Selenium/Cypress)
. Strong experience with CI/CD implementations
. Experience with version control systems
. Experience with database testing
. Experience with large scale data transfer testing
. Attention to detail, and advanced problem solving capabilities
. Leadership experience (does not need to be line management)
